Talking Pictures: A series of short videos, in which I’m talking about a specific recent painting and thinking about inspiration, and how the painting has been made….I hope these will give a real insight into the way I think and work as an artist, and they come as a response to loads of requests!

This one is part of a series of paintings inspired by the area around Great Almscliffe Crag in North Yorkshire; a wild and windswept place, full of history and rich in legend.
